I’m always looking for inspiration when it comes to healthy living and this year a lot of that inspiration has came from Madeleine Shaw. Madeleine is a blogger, YouTuber and entrepreneur whose food philosophy is “all about enlivening the hottest, happiest and healthiest you. It’s about keeping things simple and delicious so you don’t feel bored or deprived.” Having experienced a period of time filled with deprivation and binging, she has since found a love of “positive nourishment.”



On her website you can find original, healthy recipes packed with good-for-you ingredients ranging from nutritious breakfasts to indulgent desserts. She’s also released two recipe books, Get The Glow and Ready Steady Glow, that are packed with delicious food ideas. If you’re a fan of Deliciously Ella‘s recipes then you’ll love Madeleine’s.



Her YouTube channel is also a great place to find healthy snack recommendations (there’s always a food category in her monthly favourites) as well as other lifestyle tips and yoga videos.

If healthy living is something you have great interest in then I cannot recommend checking out Madeleine enough! She proves that eating healthily doesn’t always means salad and that it’s also super easy to incorporate into your own personal lifestyle.
