‘DelishEllie’ is a project that I started at the beginning of 2016. Having suffered from an eating disorder for two years, I remade my old recovery Instagram account into a platform where I promoted a healthy & balanced lifestyle while also documenting all the good things in life.
After a passing comment from my college lecturer, I have decided to expand ‘DelishEllie’ onto a blog platform. I have been blogging for over a year, but one thing it lacked was a purpose and a theme. ‘DelishEllie’ is a place where I will focus on healthy eating, a balanced diet and positive vibes.
I truly believe that the healthiest of diets is one where you’re getting your 5-a-day but one of those is the pineapple on your pizza.
