Today I have another What I Ate Wednesday post for you all. Now that my classes have finished and my essays handed in I am officially on my Christmas holidays! After this first semester at uni I’m so relieved to have a month off and am in much need of multiple days at home doing absolutely nothing. This was one of those days.
